I Have Forgotten My Login Information.

Your login information is made up of two components.  The first component is your email address.  When you signed up for a subscription you provided us with a personal email address.  What you provided to us will be the email address you use to login.  The second component is a personal password that you also provided to us when you signed up for a subscription.  If you have forgotten what you password is please click here so we can have it sent to you via email.  Please check your email account for your password.  Remember to enter the email address you used when you signed up as this is the only email address your password will be sent to.

I Can't Log In!

First, check to make sure that you are correctly entering in your required login and password.  The spelling of your email and password is extremely important in identifying if you are a member or not. Therefore it must be exact for your login to work.

Second, check the security settings on your computer. Most internets browsers have options to turn the security level of surfing the web up or down. In order to access our secure database you will need your cookies on your computer enabled. A decision not to accept cookies could limit your access to some of our functions and services.

Third, check a second security setting on your computer that could be blocking the login information from being sent to our system to validate your login information. Check your internet browser settings. Having your internet security setting up to high will prevent any information from being sent to our server securely to validate your account login.  Below is some options on how to adjust your security setting properly.

Internet Explorer Users:
Check your internet browsing security setting by opening up the Internet Explorer web browser. Go to the top menu bar and select the "Tools" option. Once you select that option, next scroll down to the "Internet Options"  option and select it. When the "Internet Options" box pops up there is tabs at the top of the pop up box that says "Privacy."  Select this Privacy tab option. Finally check to make sure that your privacy setting is set to at least medium. Click "Apply." Then click "Ok" to close the box. Once that is complete try to log in to Esongs.net using your login information.

Mozilla Firefox Users:
Check your internet browsing security setting by opening up the Mozilla Firefox web browser. Go to the top menu bar and select the "Tools" option. Once you select that option, next scroll down to the "Options"  option and select it. When the "Options" box pops up there is tabs at the left of the pop up box that says "Privacy."  Select this Privacy tab option.  Select the "Cookie" setting.  Finally check to make sure that you have a check mark in the setting option "Allow sites to set cookies." Then click "Ok" to close the box. Once that is complete try to log in to Esongs.net using your login information.

Why am I being billed and renewed automatically?

You are currently enrolled in our Auto Renew Program.

How did I enroll in this program?

During "Step Two" of the registration process we asked if you wanted to join our Auto Renew Program.  At that time the user had the option to join or not.  If you are being billed and renewed you selected "Yes" you want to be in the Auto Renew program.  If you no longer desire to be in the Autom Renew Progam please fill out our cancellation form.

Please note: Only a user can enroll themselves in the program during the registration process.  We do not enroll anyone into this program.

Why Won't My Credit Card Process Through?

Most of the time if your credit card is not processing through it is because the information that you are supplying is incorrect. Please make sure that as you are filling out the credit card number, expiration date, and billing address correctly and that there are no mistakes with this information. If there is a mistake it will not be valid and will not process through.  Please try to sign up again using the correct information.

Another issue may be that your credit card could be expired or over the maximum spending limit. If this is the case you will need to contact the credit card company to clear up any problems before trying again to purchase any products from our site with that same card.
